By accessing this website or booking a retreat, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. Individual retreats may have additional terms, which take precedence where specified.
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and participation in retreats, workshops, events, and other services offered through this website.
Individual retreats may have specific T&Cs, which participants must also read and accept..
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed only after payment of the required deposit as specified for each retreat.
Full payment deadlines are indicated in the retreat description. If full payment is not received by the deadline, the booking may be canceled, and deposits may be forfeited.
The brand is not responsible for delays or errors caused by payment processors.
Participants are responsible for all bank fees, currency conversion charges, and payment-related costs.
3. Cancellation, Transfers & Refunds
Retreat-specific policies apply for cancellations, transfers, and refunds. Participants must review these before booking.
In general:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds are not guaranteed, except in cases of retreat cancellation or force majeure.
Transfers to future retreats may be allowed within a specified timeframe (typically 12 months), minus any deposit, as indicated in retreat-specific terms.
Force Majeure: In cases of extraordinary events beyond our control (natural disasters, travel restrictions, strikes, illness, government action), the brand may reschedule or cancel retreats, offering a full refund or transfer to a future retreat.
All requests for cancellations, refunds, or transfers must be made in writing via email.
4. Health, Safety & Participation
Participants must ensure they are physically and mentally fit to participate.
All activities, including yoga, workshops, and excursions, are optional and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
Participants must disclose any medical, mental, or physical conditions that could affect participation.
The brand and retreat organizers are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising during participation.
Participants should carry appropriate travel and health insurance, covering medical emergencies and cancellations.
5. Liability
Participation in all retreats, workshops, and events is at the participant’s own risk.
The brand, staff, instructors, and retreat venues are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the brand and its representatives from any claims, damages, or costs arising from participation.
6. Accommodation & Meals
Accommodation and meals vary by retreat and are described in the retreat-specific T&Cs.
The brand is not liable for food allergies, dietary intolerances, room disturbances, or external noise.
Participants must communicate dietary requirements in advance.
7. Website use
Users must use the website lawfully and may not engage in fraudulent bookings, unauthorized access, or misuse.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of the brand and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
8. Media & Intellectual Property
Retreats may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Participants may opt out by notifying the brand in writing.
Retreat materials (workshops, yoga sequences, written content) are owned by the brand and may not be shared, copied, or sold without permission.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data collected via this website is used only for retreat booking, communication, and administration.
Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Data is stored securely in compliance with GDPR. Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.
Participants consent to receive necessary retreat updates and communications.
10. Force Majeure
The brand is not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, illness, travel restrictions, or government actions.
In such cases, retreats may be rescheduled or canceled, with a full refund or transfer offered to participants.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Participant data is used only for booking, communication, and retreat administration.
Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation or mediation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Slovenia.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of the participant’s country of residence may apply where required by applicable EU law.
13. Acknowledgment
By booking, participants confirm that they:
Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Acknowledge the risks of physical and mental activities and agree to follow staff instructions.
Consent to all policies regarding cancellation, liability, health, media, and data protection.
Will sign all required waivers and medical declarations prior to participation.
