Elevate Retreat – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 40% non-refundable deposit secures your spot.

  • Early Bird Pricing: Secure your spot before March 31, 2026.

  • Full payment is due by April 15, 2026 (60 days prior to retreat start).

  • Payments accepted via bank transfer in IDR. Other methods may be arranged on request.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after deposit payment and confirmation email.

  • Room allocation confirmed after acceptance and payment.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Deposit: Non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Balance: Non-refundable after due date.

  • Transfer Option: At our discretion, bookings may be transferred to a future Elevate edition or to another approved participant if a replacement is found.

  • No refunds for missed sessions, partial attendance, or early departure.

  • Participants are strongly advised to have travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal travel.

3. Health & Safety

  • Participants must disclose any medical, mental, or physical conditions affecting participation.

  • Activities, including yoga, workshops, excursions, and movement practices, are optional. Participants must listen to their bodies and participate at their own risk.

  • Retreat activities are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. The organizer is not liable for health issues.

  • Emergency contact details must be provided at booking.

  • Participants should follow local health and safety regulations.

4. Liability

  • Participation in all retreat activities is at your own risk.

  • The organizer, facilitators, and villa are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings.

  • Participants are responsible for their own property and valuables.

  • Emergency procedures exist, but participants are responsible for their own medical costs.

5. Accommodation & Meals

  • Rooms: Master, Suite, Standard — allocation confirmed after acceptance.

  • Towels and bed linen provided.

  • Vegetarian meals included; vegan and dietary options available if requested at booking.

  • Rooms are private, quiet, and suitable for rest; the organizer is not liable for external noise.

6. Travel & Transport

  • Nearest airport: Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar, Bali).

  • Airport transfers are included for all guests.

  • Guests are responsible for international flights, visa fees, and personal travel insurance.

  • GPS coordinates for villa will be provided upon confirmation.

7. Yoga & Program

  • Suitable for all levels; beginner-friendly.

  • Mats, blocks, straps, and other equipment are provided — no need to bring your own.

  • Participation is optional; guests can engage at their own pace.

  • The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, facilitators, or program content if necessary.

8. Conduct

  • Guests must respect others, staff, and the environment.

  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.

  • Alcohol and recreational drugs are not permitted unless explicitly stated.

9. Media

  • Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

  • Guests who do not consent must notify the organizer in advance.

  • All retreat materials (workshops, sequences, written content) are the property of Elevate Retreat and may not be shared or sold without permission.

10. Force Majeure

  • Elevate Retreat is not liable for events beyond control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, travel restrictions, strikes, illness, or government action.

11. Privacy

  • Participant data is used only for booking and retreat communication.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  • Guests agree to receive necessary updates regarding the retreat.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indonesian law.

  • Any disputes are subject to the courts of Bali, Indonesia.

13. Acknowledgment

  • By booking, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Guests acknowledge the risks of physical and mental activities and agree to follow instructions from staff.

  • Consent to these terms applies for the duration of the retreat.
